On This Day Of Days...
I Gift unto thee, Oh Noble Mighty Hearted WF Warriors,
Soliders of the Inner Spirit,
Chieftains of your OWN Chi - not someone else's perception of It -
my humble and all-Ways spontaneous post-Early Morning Ritual Prayer
from the Temple Garden, here at your Tribal Teepee Beneath
The Sacred Peak...
May your Practice be strong, sincere, and full of sweat-induced inSight,
your loving coach

"With hands folded at heart,
with knees bent into heart,
close to Mother Earth i bow in Yogi Squat
before You
on this Day of Days...
i bow to the 3 Jewels;
to Buddha, the King who looked within,
grabbed His internal locks and never fidgeted His body or mind
until Enlightenment for the Sake of All Beings;
to the Dharma;
the Dance of the gunic waves which manifest in the seductive illusion
of Lila. may all Warriors on this day penetrate via one pointed
concentration - like the Buddha - each molecular veil and
take Sacred refuge in that which is Beyond the External;
to the Sangha;
the collective Forms and Names whose struggles and joys within the Dance of Dharma
fuel my own inspiration to Serve that which can Nourish the Internal and Lighten
the Load of the UnAwakened Mind and Body.
To Thee i squat and pray on this most Amazing Day of Days
known as,
to-Day.
With this Conscious Breath, i begin my own unique Dance
to(this)day.
Help me Serve well,
Sweat well,
Still well,
and
Be well.
