Dearest Coach,
The Dharma is flowing so powerfully from the sacred peak!
Your DL today on the preparation needed for meditation was much needed by this NY boy. If not mindful, this feeble student can easily fall back into a real bad NY attitude - go and get it now -- instant gratification baby!
So much work to be done!
I will continue to use sankalpa to continue start again and again each and every day. Many thanks for your guidance and most importantly your example.
