TRIBAL NEWS FLASH! Coach Sets New Course Record In Mountain Duathlon!
IN THE HIGH COUNTRY ABOVE FLAGSTAFF -
Reports indicate from the Gaspin' In The Aspen Duathlon*, that Coach Ilg, a defending Age Group Champion and 3rd Overall in the Long Course of this race last year not only won the Short Course Overall Title this morning, he set a new Course Record by two minutes!
Coach was unable to compete in the Long Course this morning due to a prior and wonderful commitment to perform wedding vows for two of his HP Yoga Students.
