How Old Were You?

Dear Coach,
as you say,
"I bow in WOW,"
of YOU!!!!

your DL of 9/26 with that photo of you in "The Adepts Pose" has riveted itself in my mind!
AMAZING photo!
now, when i sit down to Meditate, i just try to imitate that photo and in doing so, i now realize a greater depth
of understanding of your quote,
"It takes STRENGTH to sit still (and elegantly)!"

question; how old were you when that photo was taken? you look quite young!

in deep respect for what you continue to Give and Teach by example and effort,
