WF & SUNRIDER HERBAL Warrioress Makes It To WORLDS!
If i have said it once, i have said a million times:

Lisa Goldsmith, a SUNRIDER Herbal Warrioress under WF Teacher Haku and Practitioner of WF/HP Yoga just clobbered the best of the best female mountain runners in America up at Vail, Colorado to qualify for a trip to the World Championships in Turkey (which, i think, is somewhere east of Atlanta, maybe even Florida). She dropped Teacher Haku and i this Missive this morning:

At the ripe young age of FORTEE1, I have made the Worlds Team for the Mountain Trophy race in TURKEY! (So appropriate, the Turkey part.) There was a selection race in Vail on 7/9, and while expecting a good day as I been ONE with the hills, I didn’t REALLY expect to be finding myself alone in front 20 minutes in to it….ya hooey! And, so anyway, more hills to gobble b’coz the World scene ‘AINT the Americano scene…
