Ahhh...back in LA...the land of 'house cabs' that taste like $50/bottle wines,
fish that is so fresh it joins you for Mealtime Blessing Meditation,
beautiful people that are open minded to EVERYTHING...
and that delectable Dance of that amazing ocean breathing her moist Heaven's breath
over the Santa Monica Mountains in satiny wisps of eucalyptus perfumed cloud fingers...

spiritual - at present, Geshe Roach's Diamond Cutter
(just finished Lama Govinda's The Way of the White
Clouds). i just turned my youngest son on to some
basic buddhist writings and terms for a college paper
he is writing about Boddhisattva Jarvis Masters on San
Quentin's death row. i would emphasize the
"Transformation" in TBF - and at age 59 not a moment
too soon.
