Teacher Kokanda Cranks Off The Dharma...

a feeble Mountain Yogi wipes more sweat from his brow,
summit winds whip across his face leaving an etheric residue;
solitary whispers of eternity ring within his herb-fuelled Clear and Vibrating Cells...
"Where did the Master go?" asks the Interviewer down in in the Temple..
"Up on the Sacred Peak, practicing...cloud hidden...whereabouts unknown," answers the Temple Manager.
Yogic Body perched upon backcountry skis like Dharma Swords slicing into untracked snow...
he knows: the Steep and Direct Path
- the Path Less Traveled -
is the One that leads to Wisdom...
and so he goes
into the
snow...
'When in doubt,' he tells his Fear Arising, 'go Higher.' - 
such a Path of Individuated Wisdom and Clarity and Creativity
begins at the common man's boundary...
guiltlessly the Mountain Yogi slides over conventional limits
with Sushumna Activated from long years of solo Meditation hours,
thus the yogi knows well the Path which Leads him forward...
the humble Mountain Yogi stares with Raven's eyes from a HeartSpace opened from long years of being with You,
as the Void yawns below him
he feels not frightened, but rather Awakened,
for with Practiced Ease he can commit with intensity to
a graceful descent over such known terrain...
it is his Tracks - often unseen and rarely understood -
that one day will lead others
Upward, Onward, and Endlessly Inward...
in the Teacher's Teachings lie the most important Lesson;
it is indeed the integrity of one's own in-stance...
feeble ilg says,
Whoever you are,
Whatever you do,
SPEAK TRUE!
and
Stand Strong Upon Your Dharma Swords, Oh Noble Warrior!
travel with easy confidence and graceful strength
protected by the Light
of Supple, Tribal Beat...

"Ripples make waves," i wrote in my earliest book back in the mid-eighties...
today, scores of Yoga Teachers use High Performance Yoga� chi and teachings,
scores of Personal Fitness trainers whom i know not,
use WF chi and teachings to forward their Work...
more often than not, my humble, tiny Temple beneath the Sacred Peak, is not acknowledged...
such Karma is their own...even my signature sign-offs are now but ripples among the modern Waves
in my Early Morning Meditations,
before ascending once again into the Throne of The High Mountain Gods...
i sit before my puja table and breathe...
and pray
that all my colleagues who impart those most Treasured Human Gifts of sweat and stillness
never stop studying the Ancient Dharma Teachings
nor encase Dharmic prose with intellectual imitation
instead of making It shimmer by their own sweat.
