In our modern day "Yoga Studios" students might know the vinyasa movement of "Chaturanga"...Chaturanga's are a very diluted form of Prostrations. In this country? I have students that complain about a few cents per day for world-class spiritual training or quit the Path the moment the novelty of deepening inner resolve through sweat-and-stillness based Practice wears off.
