OLYMPIC FEVER, REALITY, and DL QUIZ!!!
Winter Olympic coverage is definitely TV Worth Watching for a WF Warrior,
remember however,
the Games are in Essence,
just another World Championship (which happen every year).
as a Yoga Teacher and a multi-World Championship competitor,
i would like you to just keep the Sensationalism
(i.e., Michelle Kwanism) in check okay?
and...don't watch too much;
watch just enough to get your OWN ASS OUT THERE (see above photo)...
your own World Championships happen every day in many ways...
be a Champion MultiDisciplined Spiritual Athlete; Go Big In Your Own Life!

Photo: Ananda (i'm gonna git you back!) snapped this shot of me this morning, moments after finishing a 53-mile Training Race in 16 degree, high altitude air. my fingers and toes went numb before the ride even started. two crashes took out 6 riders due to high winds. any wonder why i teach SUSTAINED FOCUS so much? at mile 18, while i was busy battling frozen-and-chafed-private-part syndrome... the decisive attack went off...for two miles i suffered like a clubbed baby Harp Seal to bridge to the leaders, only to get dropped after i just got back on. this was the third consecutive hard workout before i engage a Taper Week going into the Mt. Taylor Winter Quadrathlon on Feb.18th.
