I recently purchased your HP Prop Workout DVD and was very much impressed, not only with the exercises, but with your energy and motivation. I showed your DVD to a friend of mine who is a personal trainer and incorporated many of your routines and exercise into my own workout regimen, as well as adding them into my Wing Chun Kung-Fu class workout.
