proved such valuable companion for your Journey! Currently, you can read about
my crazy qualification race for the 2006 National Snowshoe Championships as well as,

If you have been reading "DL", you know that Joy and I have
started regular classes in High Performance Yoga� here in the lofty air of Flagstaff
(man, those "Chair Pose" holds are tough at 7,200'!) and we are already creating quite
the strong, focused HP Yoga� Sangha up here beneath the Sacred Peak...so be sure to
come by and take a class! We are only 6 hours from LA and it is snowing! So c'mon up!
We will be visiting LA either in Feb or March...watch DL for the announcement.
