Thank you for Working upon my etheral sheaths in so many Amazing Ways..
Thank you for the excruciating Purifications and through that Pain;
showing me Pranic Shards of "Fitness Training" that my feeble capacities as a yogi
have yet to learn...

i bow before you in admiration of your countless hours of working within yourself,
of being such a Fiercely Loving Example of a Teacher of EnergyWork...

i vow before you to keep the Pace you've set for me;
Age 75 baby...i WILL be ready!

Perhaps the day shall come when my abilities to work on the Level that you do
will enable me to soar with you among those Astral Grids which i so inelegantly now stumble...
