A GO(O)D DAY TO DIE....

Ananda and i must take travel across the Mojave once again to LA for some business. We will be back beneath the Sacred Peak by Tuesday.

(one never knows, it is best to cultivate preciousness of Now by always realizing the fragility of our current incarnation)
...just know this Oh Mighty Legged and Lung'd Warrior of WF; Ananda and i have had a very Blessed Life...
and it has been Deep Honor to impart a tidbit of these WF Teachings with you...
should a drunk driver careen his or her car into ours, just know that Ananda and i have had
a precious, precious ride sandwiched between Mother Earth and Father Sky...do not spend too much crying if something happens to us; for we have done our Morning Meditations and in a moment, i will climb the Sacred Mountain before driving...and it will be, as each day is, "...a go(o)d day to die."
Do not be caught by Death unprepared...all this fitness training is fine and dandy, yet,
never, ever forget that Death comes swiftly and you must allWays be prepared to enter the Bardo with the Astral Roadmap within your strong and enduring consciousness. That is why i have spent all these years attempting to bring more Consciousness into everything you do; walk, brush teeth, strength train, run, eat, etc., etc. Consciousness is everything.
What else?
Nothing. Just carry the WF Torch by way of your Conscious Breath and Posture, wash your dishes with your nonDominant hand, smile frequently, and
