COACH's OPINIONS ON CROSSFIT
Noble Coach Ilg,
Thank you for your counsel on the Blessed Beads. I
look forward to their arrival.
I am now living WF "out loud" as you say, and a friend
of mine said I was wasting my time and should start
doing Crossfit like he is. Well, I know ours is a
Higher path, so I'm not about to get off now. Out of
curiosity I did spend some time visiting the site and
WOW, I'm not sure if it's a movement, trend or cult.
I'm curious if you're aware of Crossfit and what your
feelings are regarding the craziness.
