I love this shot, i love this Student!!! WF Online Student Alan Ludgate at NYRR Half-Marathon Grand Prix: Staten Island demonstrating his WF Transformation; SUNRIDER carved lean, WF-developed runner's physique, WF Teacher Haku-approved Adidas running gear, and Coach-approved Injinji toe socks and look at Warrior Ludgate engaging the WF "Pistol grip mudra" (hand / finger position)! Alan is using a hydration belt containing "extra gloppy" Fortune Deligtht / Vitafruit combo from SUNRIDER herbs. His face posture is reminiscent of Padmasambhava; a relaxed face and steely gaze. Looks like you had a fun Halloween last night, your life looks like a
blast--always living it to the fullest!
I just got back on the herbs about a couple of months ago--feeling GREAT
on the Ilg Supreme and FD/Calli along with the
Slim Caps/ Action Caps.
Keep up the great work with DL, what a wealth of information and I get
such a great sensation throughout my body after I read your daily
thoughts. Dude, you are a friggen stud! Also, what extra Sunrider herb
is good to take during the winter season when everyone is sick..I want
something to keep my immune system STRONG. I work for the airlines and
the airport is always full of sick people.
