I am really lookINg foward to the new INward journey that is 'Namaste' {an WF Online Training Program} I am sure she will show me just how divine that place in me can be (or at the very least I will throw up trying - bring on the intervals!)

P.S I felt INclined to have this photo taken yesterday before I left to the gym for work to spread some light with Grace (my divine mala). Today as I read through my program it becomes clear as to why. Everything has a reason, this I am learning to question less.
