GIVING "A" SOME LOVE...
"Oh, a little Blood-Letting is good for you...it's Bardo Training!" smiles a 'thumbs up' Coach Ilg as he prepares to
'hose down' Student Shelli during a recent Intensive. Shelli, like Ananda yesterday, went down hard
on the mountain bike and, like Ananda, returned to the WF H(om)e Temple beneath the Sacred Mountain
all smiles for their spiritual victory of mind over body! Below, a sympathetic Shelli in-courages a Healing Ananda
after Ananda went down while training for her upcoming Mt. Duathlon (see yesterday's DL: "Smiling and Scarred").
Hey, in THIS Path of GENUINE Mind AND Body Fitness...we don't just TALK about overcoming our Fears...we get out
onto the Arena of Mother Earth and DO IT, baby! Blood is Go(o)d...Scars are Badges of Honor! Don't give your grave
an under-used body! Tear it up baby! Show God that you USED His miracle of bones, blood, and skin! No Fear, baby!

as i was lying on the ground, crying...yes tears of frustration
and shock rolling down my face, i thought about your
sense of humor as you returned to WF headquarters bruised
and bleeding from your Mountain adventure. :-)
