ANOTHER COACH ILG APPROVED WHOLISTIC FITNESS BLOG APPEARS!

I wish to formally welcome the CitYoga Sangha under the capable and approved
guidance of WF Certified Online Teacher, Chris "Kokanda" Roche (that's him, rear row leftmost) to DIRECT LINES!
No genuine wisdom was ever spoken without inner spacious as its cradle.
It is an honor to have Teacher Ko maintain a Blog from the sweat and studied silences
borne from his Wholistic Fitness journey.

seems like we've had nothing but challenges with our Twisted Sage website the last 2 years. making changes to the site and posting updates has been a veritable nightmare. so, i've done what any card carrying Wholistic Fitness(R) Warrior/Yogi would do -- learn, Grow, and apply the lesson. thus, i've created this Twisted Sage Blog, which i can access anytime from virtually any location to send off updates, training tips, announcements, you name it, it'll be here.
