WF SEEDS...another Ripple on the Internet
a couple of months ago, a fan wrote me about WF. he wanted to do a WF Blog on his own, since my Path has influenced his life and training so much. after making sure he put a few copyright symbols here and there, and acknowledged www.wholisticfitness.com and DL as the Root Teachings for his Blog...i gave Student Mount my Blessings.
in a cybersea of gossip, porn, and enter-tainment, we have a WF Tribal Brother brave enough to speak and share his own sweat soaked Truth about the transformative power of wisely crafted personal fitness.
