WF STUDENT TIMARI WINS 24 HOUR SOLO NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS!

Wholistic Fitness and High Performance Yoga Student
Timari and i have shared a lot of inner and outer work(outs) over the last few years: we've pumped off season iron in the gym, have stayed consistent with the SUNRIDER herbs according to my 3-Phase Approach, we've cranked out epic bike rides, and we've danced her edges within HP Yoga and bodywork.
However, it was only Timari who had to stare down and silence her competitors, doubt, fear, and pain for 24-hours of world-class racing to become our current National Champion! 
Timari, like myself, has now packed up her race bikes and her "little guy" (see above) to leave LA and is heading to the high country of Nevada for the next stage of her racing and spiritual life.
On behalf of my worldwide tribe of Fitness Warriors who may only be able to dream of having the mental, physical, and spiritual capacity to hammer into our edges of discomfort and pain tolerance for 24 hours straight, i bow to you, my Noble Student, friend, and fellow traveller on the Higher Way toward Self Transformation through Sweat and Stillness and SOLO Practice!
