WF TEACHER ANANDA WELCOMES ANOTHER NEW SUNRIDER HERBAL WARRIOR: PEARL!
WF Teacher Ananda has experienced a categorically different and Higher physique, mindset, and fitness
by choosing to follow my 3-Phase Approach to the Sunrider Herbs. One of the results is her energy improvement
to attempt new and various sports and challenges in her life. Here i caught her on her first rappel a few months ago.

I heard about Sunrider through Coach Ilg's book Total Body Transformation.Coach Ilg' philosophy makes a lot of sense to me and I really admire him. I've visited the Wholistic Fitness website and browsed through Sunrider products on the web.
