Steve:
This afternoon, while cleaning house, jettisoning "stuff" I came across (amid a pile of WF updates) the "trainer observations" you wrote to/for me TEN YEARS ago when I began WF training!
You may be pleased to hear that the papers are on the way to become paper again.... the training lives on.
You may also be pleased to hear that I am still at it: yoga, cycling, meditation in the arena of being a husband/father/ surgeon. I'll spare you the details of the ebb and flow, but it is all right.
I trust you are still at it as well. Don't underestimate what you do.
Lastly, I miss you.
