YES, we will do our best to ride the world famous BEAR CLAW POPPY MTB TRAIL! the SPA itself has fair MTB's and a couple of Sport Level MTB's, yet in the town of St. George, you can rent great MTBs. the SPA has a fantastic bike path (paved) that must be experienced. Don't ride? Don't worry. the Spa is known their world class beautiful guided hikes each morning!
those of you who missed the hole shot for Red Mtn...sit tight...Ananda and i are working on a WF Immersion for Sedona in the fall. Have you ever experienced the Red Rock stunning beauty of Sedona in the autumn?
