The World Needs Coach? The World Needs My Mom!
If you enjoy any of my books, DL, my Way Of Being, then essentially,
you love my mom and dad...they taught me the guiding principles of common sense and
to be brave enough to do what you love and to share what you have to give. that's my dad,
Henry on the left and Marjorie on the right at my little brother's wedding in New Mexico a couple of
years ago.
can you get any cuter parents than those? i am Blessed because i have parents.

Noble and Precious Carole,
although i represent an amazing lineage of powerful spiritual Teachers,
really, when it comes down to it?
the outer world just "needs" some good ol' fashioned common sense.
seems like common sense
suddenly ain't so common!
* pay attention to your breath and posture.
* breathe and move mindfully each day.
* break a sweat at least once every three days.
* watch children and animals; they are MahaRishis (GreatTeachers)
* give pause before meals; think about what it took to get that food into your mouth; how Blessed are you?
* don't rely on your Dominant Hand too much; it leads to an Imbalanced Way of Being.
* trust yourself, test your trust with sweat and stillness.
* learn to be your own best friend...that means, sitting with yourself in silence
and not dreading doing so!
