Dear Coach,
i am struggling in my Practice. During Strength Training: The Abs and HP Yoga strength training in your PROP WORKOUT DVD remain�such a high challenge.�The ego constantly challenges my will/dedication to this path -
- telling me "that I cannot do this stuff & I should just quit-- take it easy".�� I put forth my best effort anyway.
