TRISH: When I think that in my youth I used to do that with drinking...so glad I have aquired the wisdom that comes with age and have learned to treat my body with the respect she deserves.

TRISH: Two evenings ago when I finished doing my Neti Pot and was putting on my Yoga Toes my 13 year old son(who has been Sunriding since he was 8 years old)�said to me,
"Mom, where do you come up with these crazy ideas?� First the 'nose jug' and now these toe things!"�
I just�laughed and smiled. Ain't life grand???
