On Any Given Sunday; "TEAM WF" Tears The Legs Off Each Other

My Personal Journal Entry From Yesterday:
just back from a 63 mile, 4,500' monster ride up in the San Gabriels...swear to God it looked like Canada;
snowcovered peaks winking at me from behind fog swirls, 300' waterfalls, rushing turquoise rivers dancing between emerald lakes...could not trust my eyes...
it looked like many sacred places i have been...
yet
LA
was not one of them...
until
today.
i bow in wow of Mother Earth...
if any of my students or fans take any Teaching from my Work it is this:
get out and breathe the thunder sky and wonderful world, so amazing in Her many disguises;
egrets dancing the skies, wind making love to tree studded slopes, mountains upon whose granite skins snow melts like childhood imaginations...
