Got Two Minutes? See The World

i converted it into a PDF and it kinda chopped up a couple of the photos.
if you have two minutes to wait for the download, a Heightened Perspective
might be gained. i particularly enjoyed the tremendous example of why
Yoga asana in India cannot be taught to North Americans in the traditional
forms, just check out the killer Malasana (Yoga Squat) that the two children
are in! Open Hips, and pain free lower backs begin by squatting close to the Earth
as a child and never stopping. I designed the HP Yoga Style to address safely the
biomechanical imbalances that are the training effect from our car driving, furniture
addicted society. then again, rats in your rice milk ain't so grand either!
