WF and SUNRIDER Herb sponsored Sheader and Ilg's combined efforts brought Team Mountain Yogi from 10th to 3rd place and bought our anchor leg cyclist, Richard Verderame, a 14 minute cushion over our nearest category competitor. As WF Online Student Bryan writes about this 'dynamic duo' in Haiku poetry:

Humphrey's yesterday was SIIIIIIICK!!!!!!!! don't worry, though, i will be returning to LA soon...
