I�m stoked dude�I�ll test the uphill running chi this week �in the snow� hopefully.� Potent DL today Bro!� I love it� "we cannot even create an earthworm yet create gods!"� Our friggin� egos man!� Last weekend I kicked the chi up with my small and humble neighborhood Shape Up class�tonight I�m throwing it down!� Fuck man�here it is New Year�s and I only had seven brave warriors out of my neighborhood of 360 homes sign up for my humble yet WF class!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!� Those that remain true to the training consistently improve.� Susan is totally friggin� morphing in front of my eyes!� Obesity abounds in the �hood man and yet only 7!!!! But hey, I have 7 brave warriors.� My lady students are getting after it man as well as my token male.� This session I�m taking them out into the wilderness for a fitness challenge hike because as Ilgbro says, "What the hell good is stability if you�re too scared to test it?"....and test with a little whoop ass while you�re at it!� Feel the fucking warrior chi baby!� To hell with the Gravitrons!�
