you know, Wholistic Fitness has been so far out in front of the pack for so many decades, that i shake my head and wonder why conventional fitness modalities take soooooo long to get the WF picture! one day, all the experts will not be able to point their overthinking heads and undertrained fingers anywhere toward our humble Cave. WF is the worldwide original source of Transpersonal, Wholistic Fitness training!
