Dear Coach,
I did the indoor cycling training as described on the�DL (12/2/04).� It was a tough -- kick ass workout.�No wimpy attitudes�allowed!�I was able to get past the pain and drama and thoroughly enjoyed the glorious sweat and effort.� It's in the practice baby!!� My chi and attitude was amped all day.
