it is incredibly touching to get so many well wishes for me and my teammates
charge across the Mohave and Death Valley this upcoming weekend...
more importantly, it pleases me that so many of you are vibing with
my encouragements to always find Yoga in ALL our fitness and daily actions...
or, as i like to say,
"Our Workout Is Everywhere..."

I'm a student of a student of a student of yours, and I'm writing to wish you well in the Furnace Creek 508. I had the pleasure of riding much of the course in the spring of '03, but in a leisurely tour - not the bonsai, kamikaze, no-holds-barred, ripped-open-to-the universe mode in which you will attack the course with your three teammates. Best of luck to you.� I can't wait to read about your adventures!� (I loved the recent account of a weekend race in "Direct Lines" - I referred to it frequently as I prepared for a race of my own last weekend.)
