In the absence of being able to be in Utah with you and Coach, I am grateful for the wonders of the Internet, and the photos and account you posted on the DL. It�s so vivid and immediate!
Next I want to see photos of coach swimming! Knowing him, he�ll be world champion within a few months... ����; )

note how i have cleverly angled my dive so i end up in the shallow end:

though dozens of expert swim coaches have attempted to teach me how to swim, it was
WF and HP Yoga Teacher Ananda, who used Yogic terms and techniques to relax me enough
into the water so technique could arise from my fast-to-sink body:
