Emptying Your Mind
* Today, I will strive for a state of empty mind and
generate more space for goodness to come to me.
* Today, I will surrender my need to make assumptions.
* Today, I will relinquish my need to prejudge.
* Today, I will empty my mind of doubt.
* Today, I will empty my mind of anger.
* Today, I will empty my mind of hate.
* Today, I will empty my mind of fear.
* Today, I will empty my mind of guilt.
* Today, I will empty my mind of shame.
* Today, I will surrender the need to control.
* Today, I will meet force with softness.
* Today, I will choose to redirect toxic energies that are
wielded toward me.
* Today, I will surrender my need to predict conclusions.
* Today, as I open to the utmost emptiness, I will remain safe and whole,
and I will be thankful.
* Today, I will surrender myself to the Infinite.
