OF FLAT FEET AND DESIRE TO TEACH

Coach,
What's your experience been with otrhotics? I have had trouble with my lower legs for years (tendancy to strain muscles). I am a bit on the flat- footed side and my feet often get tender and cramp-up. Do you think they could be beneficial?
Peace,

no...WF considers orthodics
an external band aid measure. another form of looking externally instead of internally.
training your feet back into Balance is a big part of your karmic Work in this lifetime.
see pages 45-46 of TBT for more on the metaphysics of lower body "troubles."

instead:
pour your self into HP Yoga routines in TBT book.
always do Stiff Leg Deadlifts to uplift the talocrual cruciate ligamentous network.
cardio train on road and mountain bikes to strengthen the internal lacing muscles of the arch and neural feeds to them.
refuse the addiction to shoes; most of your day as possible should be spent barefoot.
use the SUNRIDER herbs to lubricate the myofascial sheath; Phase I and Phase II with supplemental Wu Chia Pi
your healing is in your mind, so VISUALIZE what you want! this will force you to research foot anatomy, etc.
keep the Party going baby; consistency is EVERYTHING!

from the humble Helm,
coach ilg

Hello Steve how are you?
I received your HP yoga DVD yesterday and woke up at 6 AM this morning to do it for the first time. I have experimented with different yoga style over the past few years including Bikram. In addition I hit the weights, run, meditate and x-country bike several times a week. I have been putting together programs that involve yoga, weights, meditation and cardio for the past 3 years and have been wondering why nobody has included the four disciplines in a single program. Well somebody has, you! I own your Total Body book and have finally found a concise program for what I have been experimenting with for years.

Your program very challenging and effective. It was more difficult that the other "power yoga" videos I have used. A true mental exercise as well as physical. Now it took a single lesson to get me hooked. Half way through your HP yoga course I was looking at my watch wishing the course was over. The course was so invigorating now I'm at work waiting for the chance to go through the course again. Great job!

I am interested in becoming a HP yoga instructor. How do I go about doing this?
