I love your workout and follow it spiritually.

I'm not a natural yang guy (more a long distance runner metabolism), but I
see the greatest results in my life from your Cosmic yang workout program (2nd of 3). Like you
say, I'm developing power in my personal and spiritual life that is
unprecedented for me.
