just back to Maryland after his 2-Day Private Intensive
with me:
"Dear Teachers,
First to Ilg: This past weekend was incredible. I bow
to the path and to all the learnings that occur
because of it. I processed a lot over the weekend,
mostly by watching you and seeing how a truly humble
warrior moves so elegantly through the world. You, my
man, are simply incredible.
Your presence: amazingly honest and sincere.
Unlike other healers, teachers, and/or coaches, you're
for real--walking the walk. I am now thoroughly
convinced: I can never truly trust another teacher who
does not run intervals, especially a monk. (I?ve got a
Hantmanism for that one.)
Second to Haku {WF Online Teacher Joseph Sheader): Any praise Coach Ilg may give me for this weekend cannot be separated from your guidance.
Without your teaching I would not be where I am today
in my practice. ?which says a lot.
To a lifetime of practice, I bow to each of your
lovely presences. I bow to the release of kundalini,
the maturation of my yoga practice, and the dancing
that inspires podium wins.
