�Do your best to shift samsara everyday. As soon as you make effort in the face of difficulty you entice negativity out of yourself. Bravery and devotion will be required to purify the negativity you are drawing out of your lower self. It�s like Phase I of SUNRIDER herbs or your first few yoga classes. You will reach a crossroads, a choice...do you want to push through the Shift to enter new and unknown Higher Terrain? Or are you doing to default to the comfort of what you already know? This is not a question of right or wrong. It�s a question of purifying yourself in this lifetime. The best spiritual athletes are known to run TOWARD their problems and challenges for the sake of purifying their karma. What are you going to choose?
