CLASSIC WF MOMENT OF THE DAY

Dear WF Teacher Sheader -
I've just gotta share these things as they happen --
today I went to the chin up bar. �Did 8x jump and negatives down. �THEN
- my gym had no plain dip apparatus in sight, so I jumped on the
Gravitron machine again, but didn't turn it on. �I was at set #6 when a nice
lady (fitness member, not staff) walked over and asked me if I'd like
instructions on how to turn the machine ON. �Her kindness was
beautiful. �Now there's an experience I wasn't expecting from 8 sets of
dips!
�Yeah baby! I knew you would pull this off...no pun intended. Your effort drew attention in a beautiful way. Isn't that grand? �Ya never know what the ripples of WF practice will generate. So many wonderful surprises.
