Having qualified and competed in five World Championships in four different sports, Steve Ilg,a United States Cycling Federation Coach, knows a thing or two about power and sport performance!
Come and experience this toned down version of Steve�s elite class that he
taught in Boulder, Colorado to champion athletes from several sports.
Class includes a warm up, dynamic flexibility, plyometrics*, core strengthening,
and mental skill training.
Don�t miss it! Wear gym clothes with quality fitness shoes.
NOTE:
There will be explosive and deep fiber training movements in this class!
