High Performance Yoga

The great photographer, Wayne Williams (www.WayneWilliamsStudio.com) rolled off some pictures of me at age 44 while i still lived in LA, teaching HP Yoga® from my own studio along the swaying palms of Ventura Boulevard.  Yogis view the naked body as the "clay jug" of the Atman, or the Individuated Soul.  The space inside the jug is not different than the space outside it.  Therefore, upon physical death, the Real Self does not die. Therein lies the key of all yoga; Meditation to refine the filaments of consciousness to prepare for our Bardo Entry.  I always wanted my "clay jug" to express the beauty, the grace, the power, and the versatile capability of all my Teachers; embodied and otherwise.
