By far my most intimate Teachings for my most devoted Students. Includes an equally intimate Introduction and a world-class Glossary. Pending major publication with its own website.

From the Preface

This book is replicated from a Tibetan Leaflet journal which first laid upon its own Puja shelf in my High Performance Yoga Studio in 2003 and was later my personal meditation journal when i moved to Flagstaff in 2005 (see Introduction). Like the original journal, this book is divided into three padas*. The first Pada contain collected notes from my brave, beautiful students that attended my yoga classes in my LA Studio. The second Pada contains "InSights" from my personal asana and meditation sessions right here beneath the Sacred Peak in Flagstaff. The third Pada imparts instructions to sincere seekers of yoga and other spiritual aspirants. The three Padas reflect the Three Precious Jewels of Tibetan Buddhism; The Sangha, The Dharma, and The Buddha.

The first note was recorded by a student on October 20, 2003. My final note recorded in this Journal was dated October 12, 2006. The title came from a book project first recorded in this journal. Other personal Journals and many other InSights continue to be Divinely downloaded during my meditation and asana sessions. The InSights recorded herein are to be regarded as spiritual cairns, marking an inward Way for all seekers of union, regardless of tradition.

Beyond their seeming shape and form, these pages are but Prayer Flags dancing joyfuly from the Breath of Vishnu... coach ilg Flagstaff, AZ spring, 2008

*= the Sanskrit term for "foot" or "chapter," for example, "The Dhammapada" means, "Teachings at the feet of the Buddha."
